Fifteen Gwinnett businesses begin the Small Business Impact Institute’s Leadership and Operational Excellence Track
LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga., April 2026 — The Gwinnett Chamber Foundation has launched its first Small Business Impact Institute (SBII) cohort of 2026, bringing together fifteen Gwinnett County businesses for its Cohort Track focused on Leadership & Operational Excellence.
The SBII is structured around three focused tracks — Leadership & Operational Excellence, Developing Capital Readiness, and Leveraging Technology for Efficiency & Scale — designed to equip growth-minded small business owners with the tools to scale strategically and compete across the Metro Atlanta marketplace. Participants who complete the program also gain access to an optional certification pathway that increases their visibility for government contracts, corporate supplier programs, and subcontracting opportunities across Georgia and beyond.
“The businesses in this cohort are not here by accident — they are here because they are ready,” said Deirdra Cox, Executive Director of the Gwinnett Chamber Foundation. “We are proud to walk alongside these fifteen businesses, and even more excited about what they will accomplish.”
The 2026 Track One cohort includes (listed alphabetically): ASL Mechanical, Building Ideas, D & L Construction, Gaddiel Home Care Services, Innovative Healthcare Informatics LLC, Intellicom, Kim’s CO Agency, La Mekong Foods, Lillies Boutique, Morgan Chen Productions, Phoenix Commercial Cleaning, Quality Craftsman Design, RC Chiropractic, Senior 911, and Veracity Asset Solutions LLC.
Track Two, focused on Developing Capital Readiness, and Track Three, focused on Leveraging Technology for Efficiency & Scale, are scheduled to launch later in 2026. Small businesses interested in future cohorts are encouraged to visit GwinnettChamberFoundation.org for more information.
